Job Summary
- Provides care to patients of all ages and assistance to physicians and advanced practitioners in the NRHS physician office networks.
- This position is for our Advanced Team Care model in Primary Care.
Qualifications
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a vocational program for Licensed Practical Nurse.
Experience
- Prefer at least 1-2 year experience in a clinical or physician-office setting, emergency room and/or a hospital setting that provides patient care.
- Experience in office clerical activities desirable.(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)

Licensure/Certification
- Current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma or active Multistate LPN license is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained for duration of employment.
Compensation
- $17.39/hr-$28.40/hr depending on previous work experience
