Admissions- Access

PRN- as needed

Seeking an experienced LPN to work on our Access/Admissions team. Provides nursing services, responds to inquiries and referrals, and addresses urgent and ongoing needs for patients and caregivers; in addition, the LPN supports and enhances the organizational mission and philosophy, promoting excellence in end of life care. 

This position covers Lancaster, York and surrounding counties.  Must be able to complete 6 - 8 weeks of a FT, day shift orientation.

* Must work a minimum of 64 hours per two-week pay period
