Job description

This is a temporary position for 60 - 90 days. No remote work offered.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Regular and Consistent Attendance
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling errors
  • Assist with email campaigns to promote incremental/weekly external & internal priorities
  • Assist with transactional rewards needing to be delivered via our ESP
  • Setup weekly text message campaigns
  • Track reporting related to text message campaigns weekly with YTD numbers
  • Coordinate day-to-day procurement of required campaign assets (creative files, content, and links, etc.)
  • Create multiple concise yet effective subject lines for each campaign
  • Develop Third party partners promotional PowerPoint recap decks
  • Create cinema/movie tags weekly to further enhance member targeting
  • Work closely with insights team to measure effectiveness of campaigns
  • Generate performance reports for email campaigns
  • Assist with push notification messaging to support loyalty programs
  • Create and pull targeted member lists based on a variety of criteria or geographic locations.
  • Effectively develop relationships and communicate across teams both internally and externally.
  • Communicate content requirements and specifications to cross functional teams and third parties.
  • Attend brainstorming sessions involving loyalty initiatives
  • Provide assistance for any projects involving loyalty team

Qualifications:

  • Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to work with minimal supervision required.
  • Excellent communications skills; oral and written.
  • Detailed oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage numerous tasks, identify problems and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to fast pace and ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify problems, gather relevant data and denote possible solutions.
  • Ability to act beyond what is necessarily called for and perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prior experience in the development of email marketing campaign development or strategy is a plus.

None


Language Ability:

Must have good reading, writing, and speaking skills to effectively communicate with studios, managers, and co-workers.


Math Ability:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to develop and interpret charts.


Reasoning Ability:

Perform under pressure and/or opposition at times relying on your own independent judgment and knowledge to decide the best directions and solutions.


Computer Skills:

Microsoft Office suite, Email or CRM platforms; a plus if knowledge in Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop Creative product suite or similar.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
