We seek a full time Lower School Language Arts Teacher for the 2023-24 school year, with the possibility to start immediately. The ideal candidate for this position will have a bachelors in education as well as a masters in a related field, a minimum of five years' experience, an understanding of Independent Schools, and an awareness of differentiated instruction. Candidates with particular strengths as literacy coaches, reading specialists, or gifted education specialists are highly encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, the ability and desire to work collaboratively, and dedication to continuously developing and practicing cultural competence in one’s teaching are also essential.
