Lower &Middle School Physical Education TeacherWestchester Country Day School, a PreK-12 college preparatory school located in High Point, NC, seeks a Lower and Middle School Physical Education Teacher starting in the 2024-2025 school year. Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in the field of education or another sports related field. Previous team-teaching or coaching experience is preferred. A team-oriented work ethic and an enthusiasm for helping children and adolescents learn healthy habits, develop age appropriate gross motor skills, encourage good sportsmanship, and foster a lifelong love of being active are characteristics we are seeking in a candidate. Responsibilities include team teaching PreK-5th grade P.E. classes and Middle School electives, evaluating students on their progress, and other duties as assigned by the Head of Lower School and Head of Middle School.
