Job Description
Qualifications:

• Michigan K-8 Certification
• Experience in literacy and implementation of technology in the classroom

Performance Responsibilities:

• Experience in leadership, professional development, curriculum development, and school improvement
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to work collegially and collaboratively with other teachers and staff
• Ability to direct paraprofessional staff
• Knowledgeable and training in Reading Street/Go Math!
• Ability to develop interventions for struggling students
• Experience in implementing multi-tiered student support system
• Ability to work with students with special needs
• Ability to work with parent/teacher organization
• Ability to work with staff, students, and parents from diverse backgrounds
• Good communication skills
• Good attendance
• Other duties as assigned
