PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring for Low Voltage Electricians for our client in Charleston! We would love to hire you for this full-time position today!
Please note the pay rate for this position is $22 - $29 p/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned service calls efficiently effectively troubleshooting, completing repairs, and working on new installations.
- Review blueprints and building code specifications to determine work details and procedure
- Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order
- Perform semiskilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment
- Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Codes
Qualifications:
- Must be local to Charleston area and able to provide work authorization documents
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the electrical service Industry is a plus
- A current/active license, certification, or trade certificate is a plus
- OSHA-10 Certification (we offer complimentary training if needed)
- Ability to efficiently bend pipe
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to safely operate, safeguard, & Maintain company Vehicle
- Open to day shift or night shifts
- Prior experience using small equipment is a plus
- Driver licenses and Clean MVR required
- Position may require a drug screen & or Background based on client site requirements
