The Low-Code Developer will be a service-driven, technology-oriented professional committed to providing superior support and expertise across the enterprise as a representative of the Office of the Chief Information Officer. You will work directly with customers to gathering requirements, analyze business processes for improvement and automation, resolve issues, and create customized solutions using Atlassian, Appian, Microsoft, and other low-code platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Nintex, Appian) to deliver high-quality products as well as improving and maintaining current applications. You must be able to work independently as an essential part of a larger team, improve skills and remain aware of new developments, and facilitate collaborative relationships with other teams to the benefit of the customer. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communicate actively, compassionately, and effectively with a variety of customers and coworkers to get things done.
- Respond to incoming requests for assistance through a service queue, phone, email, or chat.
- Gather and document requirements and approach recommendations.
- Development and maintenance of Confluence, SharePoint, MS Power, Appian solutions
- Maintenance and modernization of legacy solutions
- Development in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other code to deliver on project functional requirements
- Plan and create user acceptance testing and training for new and existing solutions.
- Track all work in an approved tracking system.
- Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-changing work environment while working on multiple time-critical activities.
- Troubleshoot issues with support representatives, end users, and customers.
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and developments and contribute to planning for and testing of the latest technologies for customer needs.

Required Skills
3+ Experience with Atlassian, Appian, MS SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- 3+ years professional experience in HTML and CSS
- 3+ years professional experience working in Agile SDLC
- Strong problem solving, technical troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, consultation, and collaborative abilities
- Creativity and imagination
- Ability to adapt quickly and pick up new techniques when needed
- Strong work ethic and ability to work on their own or in a team
- Ability to properly prioritize multiple tasks and work with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of international web standards and protocols
- Passion for learning and keeping up to date on new technology
Clearance Requirement: Minimum of a Public Trust, DOE Q or Top Sescret is a plus

- Experience with Atlassian, Appian, MS SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)
- Experienced with Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps best practices and tools, specifically TFS/Azure DevOps, Jira, Git, GitHub, GitLab, Kanban, MSFT Project, MSFT Teams
- Section 508 compliance experience.
- Experience with Visual Studio Team Services, particularly with migrating on-prem team projects to the cloud.
- Experience in Microsoft Access and how to migrate to a newer platform.
- Strong understanding of APIs and microservices
