• Full time employed position (Not a sub-contractor job)
• 20.00 hourly during training ($20 - $22 after plus gas allowances )

Resurfacing Company--Working in the Apartment industry since 1990.

Duties include:
Painting for resurfacing. Cleaning, preparing, striping, sanding for resurfacing in Apartment Communities. Resurface painting tubs, showers, tile walls, counter-tops and cabinets. Requires wearing respirator (must be clean shaven-no beard) and other protective gear for safety. Cleaning site after work is complete.

Job requirements:

• -Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• -Can lift 50 pounds
• -Dependable, detail oriented, hands-on service, hard worker
• - Personal vehicle for work Required (local travel, truck preferred)
• -Drug free environment- Drug testing required
• -Background check - Clean Record, No Felonies- Required, Good Driving History preferred.
