Lot Specialist

Captain's Marine is looking for an experienced Lot Specialist. The Lot Specialist is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient movement of boats utilizing tractors and forklifts on the dealership property. This role includes hauling boats, organizing the display/arrangement of boats, and assisting in all departments to facilitate efficient operations.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Operating tractors, forklifts, and other equipment to move boats around the property
• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, including upkeep of equipment and property maintenance

Knowledge of boating/trailering and prior marine dealership experience preferred.
Experience in operating tractors, forklifts or other equipment is required.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background/drug screen.
Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT physical, if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
