We are looking for a reliable Lot Attendant to join our growing repossession team! This position runs all facets of the storage lot where we bring repossessed vehicles. This position requires good computer skills, good people skills and the ability to physically clean out the personal belongings and then inventory them. You will work with the office to handle all paperwork. You will work with debtors to release personal property and with transporters to send the units to auction.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST. MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND VALID DRIVER LIC.
Duties:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot
- Move and park vehicles in designated areas
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for damage or issues
- Assist customers with locating and retrieving vehicles
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as fueling, checking tire pressure, and washing vehicles
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle flow
- Assist with inventory management and tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service to all dealership visitors
-Document Repossessed vehicle condition reports within company standards, which includes a complete personal property inventory and pictures of each vehicle, inputting pictures and condition report in software.
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Customer service skills, Computer skills, and Professionalism
- General mechanical understanding of automobiles
- Multi-tasking in hectic and stressful situations
- Responsible for the personal property inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines
- MUST be able to learn new software, pay close attention to details and willing to learn

- MUST HAVE GOOD TEAM WORK SKILLS.
- Must be able to work inside and outside.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This position requires a motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. As a Lot Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the repossession lot and providing exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred but not required.
