Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
Provides quick and efficient service for all guests and colleagues by dispatching all requests in a timely manner, and assists with various office administrative tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answers incoming phone calls in compliance with Trump International’s Telephone Etiquette
- Responds to Voicemails and Email inquiries promptly
- Logs all found items in Chargeback with attention to detailed information
- Searches for Lost and Found if an item has not been placed in the found bin Not sure how to word
- Follows up and investigates all Lost and Found calls to ensure guest’s satisfaction and quick retrieval of the item to its respectful owner.
- Actively assists guests with creating solutions of any challenges that may arise.
- Sort all found items for the day in separate bins for easy sorting and retrieval
- Completes and files all guest retrieval forms which are to be filled out after each item retrieval.
- Coordinates with Housekeeping Management and Front Desk Management for after-hours pickup.
- Arranges shipping for items per guest’s requests, taking credit card information, addresses, and contact information while adhering to PCI compliance
- Ensures all items are that are not claimed are distributed out to the associate who found the item, or donated to their proper charity.
- Organizes, generates, and files reports as needed.
- Pick up Lost and Found from guest rooms.
- Completes other assignments as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
EDUCATION
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Additional training and education is highly desirable.
EXPERIENCE
- Requires 5 years’ administrative support experience.
- Experience with MS Office applications and Outlook required.
- Previous work experience should include working in a high-volume environment. Must be able to work, days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
