Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Security, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintaining the safety and security of the hotel, guest and team members and their property by providing constant vigilance in and around the resort's premises
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
- Acting promptly to any event/circumstances that requires attention
- Ensuring inspections of the resort premises are done on a routine basis
- Ensuring all firefighting equipment requirements are met and maintained
- Assisting management with any incidents that arise on property
- Assisting with reporting on team member and guest incidents and accidents
Shift:first shift (6:00am-4:30pm) and 2nd shift (10:00am-8:00pm).
Day(s) Required: FLEXIBLE including Holidays and Weekends
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of safety
- First aid and CPR certified.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
