Loss Prevention Assistant Manager/Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Loss Prevention professional to join our team as an Ass't Manager or Manager. You would be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our organization's assets, employees, and customers. You will develop and implement strategies to prevent theft, fraud, and other losses while maintaining a positive and customer-focused environment.

Duties:
- Conduct surveillance activities to identify potential security risks and prevent theft or loss
- Develop and implement Loss Prevention policies and procedures
- Train and educate employees on Loss Prevention best practices
- Monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activity
- Investigate incidents of theft and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed for criminal investigations
- Implement measures to minimize inventory shrinkage and maximize profit
- Respond to emergencies or security incidents
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security-related activities

Skills:
- Proven experience in Loss Prevention or a related field
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and equipment
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and regulations
- Proficient in report writing with attention to detail
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and their operation
- Ability to conduct criminal investigations effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $22.71 per hour

Expected hours: 22 – 32 per week
