Job Description
We are seeking a Loss Prevention Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing procedures and systems to prevent merchandise loss.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol premises to detect and locate suspected shoplifters
- Safely recover assets and make apprehensions
- Identify issues of operational errors and policy violations
- Conduct routine audits and inspections
- Investigate and resolve various fraud and theft cases
- Assist in the development of policies and systems for safeguarding assets
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in surveillance, Loss Prevention, or other related fields
- Familiarity with retail security equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
