As a member of the Corporate Office team, the Loss Prevention Administrative Assistant is responsible for completing daily Loss Prevention tasks and assisting Loss Prevention Lead with any requests. Along with the tasks designated for this position, cross-training on other positions within the Loss Prevention department will be expected to ensure the Loss Prevention Administrative Assistant is able to assist in other areas, if needed.
Daily Tasks:
- Track over rings and follow up with restaurant personnel
- Track petty cash purchases per store
- Dispute and track credit card chargebacks
- Daily bun inventory report
- DTiQ spot check audits
- Assist with other finance office tasks as needed
- Assist Loss Prevention Lead with any theft, or store level audits
Reporting:
- Maintain detailed reports for over rings, petty cash, credit card chargebacks, and bun inventory
- Send daily bun inventory report to restaurant leaders, district leaders, regional directors and president
- Report any violations from DTiQ Audits to Loss Prevention Lead
Requirements
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work with minimal direction
- Resourceful and independent in solving problems
- Acute attention to detail
- Willingness to work hard with a positive attitude
EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:
This position is part time. The hours are 8am-1pm, weekdays. Additional hours including weekends may be required based on Company needs and/or new projects.
