Roof Commander, the premier Roofing Contractor here in Florida is growing and we are looking to add two new sales representatives for our Tavares office. Motivated people who join the team and work hard can expect to make $100 -150K+ in the first year, and more each year after. We are LOOKING FOR long term team members who are in search of a stable career in a highly lucrative market. In this business you can literally "write your own ticket". The possibilities are endless!
As a part of our sales team, you will:
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Run company provided leads
- Work with the homeowner to educate them on the roofing process and options.
- Complete Home Inspection for damage with customer to verify storm damage and/or condition of the roof.
- Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service.
- Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership.
- Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily.
What you'll bring:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional Sales Experience
- Comfortability on a ladder and residential roof
