SalaryResponsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a stepvan, straight truck or delivery vehicle to transport goods to various local areas within a 60 mile radius of Twinsburg, to residentials, businesses, and industrial areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages and interacting with customers in a professional manner.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
- Follow delivery schedules and routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
-Be able to follow GPS, manifests and other navigational devices.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining signatures, and taking pictures with your company issued scanner.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a courier, delivery driver, or in a similar role is preferred, if not we, provide in house training.
- Ability to lift heavy items, up to 150# with the use of a hand truck and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading cargo.
-Must be 21 years old or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.- Must pass a background test, drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Examiners Card.
-We do hire if you have a criminal record, however felonies must be 10years or older
