With a total capacity of 441 people and tables accommodating up to 20 guests, we offer an unrivaled space for both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations. Our Mission

At Anchovies & Salt, our mission is to elevate the Vietnamese dining experience by crafting nostalgia-driven dishes that bring back the most memorable flavors of Vietnam. We are committed to using high-quality, fresh local ingredients to recreate the authentic tastes that transport our guests to the heart of Vietnam.

We are hiring all positions including Line cook/Prep Cook/Hosts/Servers/Bartenders/Dishwashers.

Must be have knowledge or willing to learn about Vietnamese Cuisine.

Compensation

We work on a 60/40 split between our Front of House and Back of House because we believe everyone works together to create the Anchovies and Salt experience. The tips are pooled during the pay period and distributed evenly through the team depending on the front of back. Our pool does not differentiate between weekdays and weekends. Please feel free to ask us any questions pertaining to our tip system.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
