Supplemental Health Care is a nationally recognized healthcare staffing provider partnering with Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility in Brockport, NY to provide a Licensed Practical Nurse

Position Information:
- Specialty: Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing
- Shift: Nights, (8-hour shifts/40 hours a week)
- Contract Length: 4 weeks
- Job Duties: Taking and monitoring patient vital signs, administering medication, communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians, and family members. Maintaining accurate patient records, collecting specimen samples when needed, taking an active part in patient care planning. Overseeing Certified Nursing Assistants and training. Preparing patients for transfers or discharge, assisting in medical procedures, etc.
- $1,400 - $1,538 per week
