A healthcare facility in Mount Airy, NC is seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract position.

Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift Schedule: 48 hours one week, 36 hours the next
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Midnight Shift)
Work Hours: 12-hour shifts
As an LPN, your primary responsibility will be to provide quality nursing care to residents in our long-Term Care facility. You will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:

• Active LPN license in the state of North Carolina
• Minimum of 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) LPN experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Excellent clinical and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
