HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Long Term Care LPN for a 4-week contract located in Blackduck, Minnesota.

Requirements of this Long Term Care LPNRole:

• Active LPN / LVN license
• 1+ year of experience within Rehab/LTC/SNF Setting
• BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
