Logistics Manager

As Logistics Manager, you oversee full lifecycle equipment, vehicle, and technical logistics on CONUS and OCONUS sites in the assistance in providing Force Protection Systems and Counter Explosive Hazard Product Management.

The Logistics Manager:

• Establishes and maintains written procedures for the proper control of Government Furnished Property.
• Submit changes to establish procedures ensuring all functions are consistent with written procedures.
• Establish and maintain stocking levels of Government Property to ensure materials are available to meet maintenance requirements.
• Interface with Government counterparts on issues involving procedural deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records of Government Property throughout the acquisition and disposition process.
• Identify potential logistical challenges and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions to operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 15+ years' experience as a logistics lifecycle management
• 5+ years of experience with Army ERP systems including LMP, DPAS, PBUSE, COLTS and RAID CLS
• Demonstrated ability to manage global logistics & sustainment operations
• Knowledge of the Army Acquisition Process for End Items and procurement of repair parts
• Knowledge of Army Training Management and Training Development IAW TRADOC Regulations
• Experience in warehouse operations: inventory management; shipping and receiving; transportation of real property both CONUS and OCONUS
