Principal Accountabilities
  • Set up the work area before the shifts starts
  • Ensure equipment and required materials are handed out and ensure work areas are set up for employees to begin working
  • Assist the Leads and work with employees to make sure they are working safely and performing their job correctly. This includes daily mobile equipment checks
  • Responsible for ensuring orders are filled and the proper product and materials are being handled
  • Enter incoming and outgoing load paperwork into the computer with the assistance of the Lead
  • Assign employees to tasks that need to be completed and work to solve any problems that arise
  • Fill in anywhere needed to help the lead and supervisor run the area
  • Assist with physical receipt of Packaging and Ingredients if needed
  • Verify packing slips and receipt entry into ERP system
  • Learn and maintain inventory system
  • Perform inventory cycle counts utilizing ABC method
  • Operate Power Industrial Truck
  • Communicate with Logistics, Security and Purchasing
  • Ensure food safety/quality and cleanliness/housekeeping
  • Responsible for becoming familiar with the Job Task Description of each position in their department
  • Required to follow safety precautions and procedures of each job they perform

Required Qualifications
  • Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or visa sponsored by a third-party employer
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Basic knowledge of Production Environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Outlook, Database management)
  • Previous inventory or forklift experience
  • Previous warehouse/Shipping/Receiving experience
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Recent related work history
