Logistics Finance Manager serves as a trusted leader and provides financial direction, guidance and challenge to the Logistics & Planning teams. This role supports the delivery of financial objectives in the short and longer term on inventory, transportation and warehousing. This is underpinned by the role maintaining financial controls in this area and the correct accounting of costs. The role will need to build important collaboration with the function to successfully deliver targets.

The role involves regular liaison with the Logistics & Planning teams. Within Supply Finance the role works in close liaison with all Team members of the E2E Supply Finance organization.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor or higher degrees in Accounting, Finance or MBA
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with solid experience in financial management, reporting and forecasting
• Strong analysis skill, detail oriented and strong in Excel
• Accounting background (optional)

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Monitor performance vs targets (costs & cash) via the provision of insight-driven reporting on periodic results with key stakeholders.
• Assess the implications of results for delivery of full year targets and drive actions with stakeholders via leading the presentation of results and their implications at periodic reviews, in order to course correct vs targets and monitor risks & opportunities.
• Support the Logistics & Planning teams to develop the long-term roadmap to optimize cost efficiency via financial analysis support to projects and making recommendations on the best financial courses of action.
• Ensure rigor of financial accounting and control through: periodic review of P&L ensuring consistent application of the finance manual and support interim and annual audits.
• Continuous Improvement on digital agenda: develop tools/solutions using efficient tools (e.g. Power BI).
