Spherion Staffing has a Logistics Clerk position available with a local West Fargo client. As a Logistics Clerk, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement, storage, and processing of goods and materials within our organization. Your primary duties will include coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that all logistical operations run smoothly. Schedule: 1st Shift, must be flexible to work overtime as needed.
Pay: $18.50/hour
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, including scheduling deliveries and pickups
-Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading and shipping labels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
-Maintain day to day operations and assume the responsibility for maintaining the physical assets of the property under the direction of the Operations Manager.
-Provide customer service and route scheduling for driver/dockworker management

-High school diploma or GED equivalent
-Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or related field is required for this position
-Must have experience with DOT compliance and driver routing
-Possess excellent written, verbal, organizational and customer service skills
-Some computer skills are required and will train on the location's software
