Inventory Analyst responsibilities include the oversight of warehouse inventory and day-to-day inventory operations. This role will be responsible for helping manage our Customer/Government furnished inventory (CFM/GFM), while also playing a key role in the daily receiving, audit, and induct (RAI) process. Individual will monitor and record standard inventory metrics, load and review monthly cycle counts, and help oversee general warehouse operations.
Full-time onsite: Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time
Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship or Permanent Resident status.

Required Skills and Education
- 0-3 Years of Logistics/Supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply chain or business-oriented field
- Proficient within the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Detail oriented and knows when to prioritize urgent tasks
- Ability to lift/maneuver parts and packages over 50+ lbs
Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience in Oracle ERP
- Experience working in collaboration with a Union and Union employees
