Task Description:
Overall program assistance (creating PowerPoints, hosting and scheduling Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings, coordinating with partner offices and organizations, etc.)
Better Up Coaching (external contracted coaching program, which delivers one-on-one coaching and access to an online leadership platform. It is a tailored coaching program to help a member achieve their goals, improve resiliency, develop better leaders, and increase readiness) - overall coordination and distribution of licenses between 21A, R, M.
Coordination of AF/A4L Pre-Command courses through handling of rosters, course materials, and hosting (21 A, M virtual, 21 R 2x in person courses)
Utilization of data within Microsoft Excel to organize and generate insights regarding manpower and associated initiatives such as promotion schedule and ratings.
