LOFT Leader

Chick-fil-A is looking for leaders with a passion for serving others and working in a fast paced, high intensity environment to join their LOFT (Leading Others For Tomorrow) Program. LOFT provides participants the unique opportunity to work with the operator of a multi-unit and multi-million dollar Chick-fil-A franchise, with the goal of developing emerging leaders to pursue their own Chick-fil-A franchise or a career within Chick-fil-A Corporate. This position will offer unique opportunities that will foster growth of business and restaurant acumen.

Skills/Education Needed:

• Must be able to meet physical demands such as standing for 10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• 40-50 hours of work per week
• work between the hours of 5:00 am-10:00 pm
• Open Availability (including Fridays & Saturdays)
• Minimum of 2 year commitment needed

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
