- 7:00am - 5:30pm
- No call, no weekends
- Clinical Information:
- Work in a supervised capacity doing all variations of pediatric anesthesia, including neonates
- 4 ORs, mostly supervision
- 1:4 Supervision (MD:CRNA)
- Types of cases include: Cardiac, Ortho, Neuro. General, Urology, ENT, Bariatric, Vascular, Thoracic, OB/GYN, Peds and Trauma
- Level 1 trauma center, Level III NICU, Children's hospital
- Number of Beds: 660
- ANES Staffing Model: 16 Generalist and 3 CV Anesthesiologist/54 Advance Practice Providers (CRNA/AA)
- Training Programs: SRNAs and AA Student
- Number/types of ORs staffed daily: 28 Sites + OB
- Cardiac Cases/Annual volume: 355 Cardiac/170 TAVR/392 Watchman/1424 EP/44 TMVR
- EMR: Epic
- Average Cases per day: 24000+ Annual Cases
- Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Must be fellowship trained
- TEE certification
- Active GA License
- Must be board certified or board eligible
