  • All days in September EXCEPT 9th, 16th and 23rd
  • Need 2nd call
  • Aug 5, 10, 18, 28, 31
  • Sept 1, 4, 5, 10, 12, 14 – 16, 18, 20, 21 – 22, 25, 28, 29
  • Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital: 7a – 7p
  • Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital: OR open 5 days per week
  • Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
  • EMR: Epic
  • Patients Per Shift: 5 – 10
  • Beds in Facility: 8 OR
  • Support Staff - OR Staff
  • Call Night /Weekend for emergent surgeries
  • 1 call day per week
  • Call: 7p – 7a
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • Active WA License Required or IMLC
  • ACLS, BLS, PALS – Required
  • Trauma Level I
  • Call Type: Beeper
  • Call Response Time Required: 30 minutes
  • Call Ratio: 1 in 7
