- Will have sporadic needs Oct. forward based on perm providers' time off requests
- Clinic and Call Coverage
- Admissions Required
- Hospital Stroke Certified
- Skills Required:
  - Adult General Urology
  - Laparoscopic Surgeries
  - Ureteroscopy
  - Nephrectomy
  - Prostatectomy
  - Robotic Surgery
  - TRUS Biopsies
  - Incontinence Procedures
- Assigned/Unassigned Patients
- Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required
- BLS Required
- Trauma Level III
- EMR: Cerner
