Locum - Physician - Ob/Gyn Garden City, Ks

Urgent Need: OB/GYN Locum Coverage - Dodge City and Garden City, Kansas

Coverage Dates:

• June 18-30
• June 30-July 5
• July 9-12
• August 26-31
• October 4-6, 10-13, 18-20
• November 21-31
• December 23-31

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive clinic duties including management of both new and established obstetric and gynecologic issues, and surgical consultations.
• Scheduled surgical blocks twice weekly for non-emergency procedures.
• 24-hour on-call duty from 7 AM to 7 AM, covering all obstetrics, emergency gynecology, and obstetric cases.

Requirements:

• Recent experience with at least 5 C-sections and 5 hysterectomies within the last 24 months (procedure log required).
• Willingness to work both clinic and inpatient settings.
• Active enrollment in the Kansas Health Care Stabilization Fund is mandatory.

Facility Details:

• Support staff includes Lab Techs, LPNs/LVNs, MAs, X-ray Techs, and RNs.
• EMR: EPIC
• Annual birth rate at each facility is approximately 50.
• NICU Level 2 available in Garden City; Dodge City does not have a NICU.
