• Multiple locations: McHenry, Huntley, Palos
• Palos: Inpatient General & Advanced Gastro
• Huntley: Inpatient & Call only General Gastro
• McHenry: Inpatient & Outpatient General Gastro
• Full anesthesia and midlevel support
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses: Full Travel
• The provider rate of pay is $400/hr for days, $410/hr for nights.
