Locum NP or PA Contract (Cardiac ICU Experience req)

Georgia Medical Staffing is searching for an advanced practice provider with cardiac ICU experience to provide coverage for our client in Hartford, Connecticut. Coverage is needed May 1, 2024 - October 31, 2024. Details below -

• Position: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Cardiovascular)
• Facility: Hospital in Hartford, CT
• Contract Dates: May 1, 2024 - Oct 31, 2024
• Pay: $115/hr
• Schedule: 15 shifts/month, 13 hr shifts (days, evenings, nights), 6am-7:30pm or 6pm-7:30am
• Other: Census - 4 to 6 patients Coverage model - 10i is Resident/APP coverage and SD is 24/7 APP- both open units 12 bed in ICU

Requirements:

• experienced in cardiac ICU
• mechanical circulatory support Experience required
• comfortable managing codes within hospital
• comfortable working independently in a high acuity setting
• must have active Connecticut medical license
