Credentialing: 15-30 days (must have Colorado active License and active Medicaid #)

Dates – Start 2nd week of July for minimum 6 months!
Other info: Great probably of going longer than 6 months! Will need to supervise PA's. Compact license accepted. Need BLS, DEA. Will accept BC/BE. EMR is NextGen. Typical visits in Primary Care Clinic
