Form of workWe are currently seeking a CRNA for a LOCUM position in Richmond Virginia. This position will start as soon as credentials are done.
This facility is a 500-bed facility, provides a full range of services including one of the best cardiac facilities in Central Virginia and a 113-bed child, adolescent, adult, and elderly mental health and wellness facility. This hospital is a Level I Trauma Center.
There are eight (8) Operating Rooms located on the first floor in the Main OR and three (3) on the second floor OR. There are four (4) Operating Rooms in Levinson. In addition to the ORs, CAA provides anesthesia services to endoscopy, electro-physiology labs (EP lab), interventional radiology, MRI and obstetrics. The Maternal/Infant Unit (labor and delivery) is located on the second floor and has one (1) Operating Room for C-sections.
This facility has 6-10 CRNAs to provides services at their facility, working extended shifts (10’s, until 5:30pm, or 12’s until 7:30pm). CRNAs will be staffed into their most straight-forward cases to start, with a goal of progressing them to move complex cases as they get comfortable with the facility. You will work closely with the attending physicians in a care team model.
