Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for completing sales transactions and offering a variety of Premium Products. Individuals are also responsible for providing service and support to both guests and internal partners while maintaining all Premium Services areas.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for obtaining guests information for the sales agreement and following proper cash handling procedures during the sales transactions. Maintains accurate logs of rented or returned Premium Services items to ensure appropriate inventory levels.
  • Resolves and eases sensitive guest situations on an individual basis through personal interaction. Asks exploratory questions to identify concerns, needs and expectations. Fully investigates issues regarding Park Technology, Attractions, Third Party Tenants and guest related issues. Determines and provides appropriate course of guest recovery.
  • Uses suggestive sales techniques to process orders for various rental products to include, Cabanas, Premium Seating, Universal Express, towels and lockers while providing product information. Uses tablets to check in guests, generate user profiles, add entitlements to wearables, add/delete reservations, renting lockers and assists guests with questions regarding offered products and technology usage.
  • Maintains cleanliness of Concierge booths, lockers, rental products and towels including the use of cleaning agents. Inspect and maintain inventory of all rental products, identify and report maintenance issues.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: High school degree or GED required.

EXPERIENCE: 0-1 year cash handling and guest service experience preferred but not required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast pace environment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Responsible for completing sales transactions that include Cabanas, Premium Seating, Universal Express, towels and lockers. Responsible for assisting guests with wearable interactions such as adding entitlements, adding/deleting return times and generating guests’ profiles. Responsible for assisting guests with questions/issues regarding park technology, premium products and finding resolutions.
