Responsibilities:
- Perform the operational functions of grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading of grain
- Maintain and clean grain facilities and equipment
- Cross train and assist the agronomy department in the busy season
- Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
- Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed
- Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
Physical Requirements:
- Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, prolonged periods of standing, working in confined spaces, elevated heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of weather conditions, such as heat, cold,
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs. unassisted
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
