LOCAL STORE MARKETING MANAGER

Part time – very flexible and fun job

Responsibilities

• Assist the CEO and District Manager and management team with the creation, development, and implementation of LOCAL STORE MARKETING programs that build trial, frequency and check average with a focus on improving overall sales and our customer’s experience

• Helping promote all Hot Dog Shoppe in house promotions (Catering, fundraisers, on-line ordering, etc.)

• Building relationships with free hot dog runs with local schools, churches, high school athletic departments, community sports leagues, police and fire stations and local businesses.

· Helping establish and expand the Hot Dog Shoppe literacy program with local schools

• Helping establish positive and ongoing business relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, etc

• Helping develop and execute ongoing charitable and community events that position Hot Dog Shoppe as a community leader and build brand awareness

• Assisting in all public relation efforts including local events, media releases, and publicity events that promote Hot Dog Shoppe

• Communicating frequently with the CEO, District Manager, management team, and all employees about ongoing programs, plans, and results

Hot Dog Shoppe is currently looking for an awesome Local Store Marketer (LSM) who can help us build sales at the local level through establishing relationships with churches, schools and also within the community and increasing guest loyalty. Your responsibilities would include:

• Communicating frequently with the CEO, District Manager, management team, and all employees about ongoing programs, plans, and results

• Organize and manage all collateral marketing assets. Work with designers to update and create needed marketing collateral

• Inventory, manage and create LOCAL STORE POP for window clings, ceiling danglers, table tents, “free hot dog” cards, etc

• Support and create social media postings in conjunction with marketing agency

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week
