SalaryWe are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers starting this week right away. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. This is a fill-in position.
Start time 10:30am each day. Typically work until 3:30-5pm depending on the volume of orders. We are in need of drivers this week to help fill in. Drivers use their own vehicle, must have valid insurance and pay is $10 per successful delivery. You can typically deliver 2-3 orders average within an hour. You will download our delivery app on your cell phone and deliver within a 25 mile radius of our Woodbury store location.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fruit bouquets, chocolate boxes, cookies and cheesecake packages
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a refrigerated delivery van
- Inform customers about new products and services
- Complete Deliveries using our app
- Follow safety standards
Skills
- Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
- Valid professional driver’s license
- Ability to operate in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good driving record with no traffic violations
- High school degree
