For more than 50 years, Orrville Trucking & Grading (OTG) has served the Wayne, Holmes, Ashland, Stark, and Summit county areas. We are a concrete and aggregate supplier for our local customers. At OTG, safety is our priority. 50% of our fleet doesn't have ladders which makes it much safer and less taxing for our drivers. We have invested heavily in technology to make our drivers jobs efficient, such as central mix batch plants, no hoppers on trucks, a truck wash to automatically wash down your truck, and a Drum Blaster to ease end of day wash up.

Drivers at Orrville Trucking & Grading are eligible for a quarterly bonus (equivalent to an additional $1.00/hour) based on factors such as truck cleanliness, time to job, and more. With a Monday through Friday (and one Saturday required per month in the busy season) day shift schedule, we guarantee you will be home for dinner!

A Ready Mix Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of concrete and other related products to our customers in both rural and urban environments in all weather conditions. Successful applicants will have a valid Class A or B CDL.
