AIA Countertops, a division of Patrick Industries, is seeking qualified Drivers who possess a CLASS-A Commercial Driver’s License to become part of our growing fleet in the Syracuse, Indiana area to operate one of our vehicles on the team.

AIA Countertops, a Division of Patrick Industries, Inc., is a fabricator of solid surface, granite, and quartz countertops, backsplashes, tables, and other products to the Residential, Commercial, RV, and Marine industries.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Drivers who work at AIA Countertops are responsible for making local deliveries safely, accurately, and efficiently to customers in the local and surrounding areas using one of the trucks in our growing fleet. This position will require the driver to perform inspections before and after the trip to ensure the truck is operating in a safe condition to comply with DOT standards and regulations.
In this role, Drivers are also required to assist with duties around the warehouse including, but not limited to; loading and unloading trucks, operating a forklift and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
Requirements:
· All Drivers must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience in a commercial vehicle
· Applicants must have a proven safe driving record and the ability to pass an MVR favorably
· Up-to-date on DOT-required physicals
· The ability to pass a DOT required drug screen
· Drivers must have a Customer Focused attitude
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
· The ability to stand on your feet for 8 hours
· Drivers must load their own truck
· Learn and use the production (pneumatic) tools required for each position.

Qualifications & Skills:
· Possession of a valid class A CDL
· Clean driving record with no major violations
· Must pass MVR
· Knowledge of and compliance with transportation regulations
· Ability to operate and maintain commercial vehicles
· Physical fitness stamina for loading/unloading and long hours of driving.
Work Environment:
Work is primarily performed in a factory setting with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and debris.
