Salary**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Local Biller to join our team. The Local Biller will be responsible for preparing and submitting invoices, processing payments, and resolving any billing discrepancies. Assist with daily operations, answering phones and communication with customers when needed.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience in billing or accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Answer Phone Calls
- Assist with daily operations
- Communicate with customers
**Responsibilities:**
- Generate and send out invoices to customers
- Review billing data for accuracy and completeness
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Process payment transactions and reconcile accounts
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain billing records and documentation
- Assist with month-end closing activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries related to billing
