To service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including public and associate restrooms, lobbies and executive offices in accordance with Omni Standards


  • Ensure that the hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the day.
  • Ensure that all wet floors are dried and do not require the ‘Wet Floor’ sign.
  • Service all men's and ladies' public restrooms in lobby areas.
  • Service department offices.
  • Services men's and ladies' associate locker rooms throughout the hotel.
  • Ensure hotel carpets, walls, windows, handrails and general areas remain clean.
  • Ensure main guest entrance is neat and clean at all times.
  • Ensure all ash urns throught the property are maintained neat and clean at all times.
  • Service guest and associate elevators.
  • Service fitness center.
  • Assist delivering guest requests.
  • Report any maintenance issue or concerns.
  • Maintain knowledge of dailies ( awareness of meetings, locations, groups, etc) to assist guests with questions and directions.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.

  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
  • Basic English speaking skills required
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude and performance
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, push, pull, stoop, bend and lift items of moderate weight for an entire shift.
