To service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including public and associate restrooms, lobbies and executive offices in accordance with Omni Standards
- Ensure that the hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the day.
- Ensure that all wet floors are dried and do not require the ‘Wet Floor’ sign.
- Service all men's and ladies' public restrooms in lobby areas.
- Service department offices.
- Services men's and ladies' associate locker rooms throughout the hotel.
- Ensure hotel carpets, walls, windows, handrails and general areas remain clean.
- Ensure main guest entrance is neat and clean at all times.
- Ensure all ash urns throught the property are maintained neat and clean at all times.
- Service guest and associate elevators.
- Service fitness center.
- Assist delivering guest requests.
- Report any maintenance issue or concerns.
- Maintain knowledge of dailies ( awareness of meetings, locations, groups, etc) to assist guests with questions and directions.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Basic English speaking skills required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude and performance
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, walk, push, pull, stoop, bend and lift items of moderate weight for an entire shift.
