Lobby Attendant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Lobby Attendant to join our team. As a Lobby Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel lobby and public areas. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our guests have a positive first impression of our establishment.

Duties:
- Clean and maintain the hotel lobby, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop hard floors
- Dust and polish surfaces, including furniture, mirrors, and decorative items
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- Clean and sanitize public restrooms
- Monitor and restock supplies in the lobby area, such as brochures, newspapers, and promotional materials
- Conducting light maintenance work

-Any housekeeping/ Maintenance projects

-Clean and turn over any late checked out rooms.
- Assist guests with inquiries or requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is a plus
- Familiarity with housekeeping management software is beneficial
- Ability to operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
