As a Loaner Car Coordinator at Gregg Young Auto Group, you will play a crucial role in providing a seamless and positive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for managing the Loaner Car program, ensuring the efficient distribution and maintenance of loaner vehicles, and facilitating a smooth process for our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

      •     Coordinate the Loaner Car program, including the distribution and retrieval of loaner vehicles

      •     Maintain accurate records of Loaner Car transactions and inventory

      •     Collaborate with service advisors to schedule Loaner Car appointments

      •     Ensure loaner vehicles are clean, fueled, and in good working condition

      •     Conduct periodic inspections and routine maintenance on Loaner Cars

      •     Communicate with customers to confirm Loaner Car reservations and address any inquiries

      •     Assist in resolving customer concerns or issues related to loaner vehicles

Qualifications:

      •     Proven experience in a customer service or coordinator role

      •     Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

      •     Strong attention to detail and accuracy

      •     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      •     Familiarity with automotive service operations is a plus

      •     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

      •     Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Requirements:

      •     High school diploma or equivalent

      •     1+ year of relevant experience

      •     Proficiency in basic computer applications
