Role Overview: As a Loan/Credit Specialist III, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with the Bank's loan policy and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will involve meticulous post-closing reviews, managing reports for accurate loan data, and fostering effective communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Financial Oversight: Perform daily post-closing reviews, manage internal accounts, and prepare comprehensive reports for regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Exceptional Loan Management: Review loan agreements, handle covenants, and oversee documentation processes to maintain meticulous loan records.
• Efficient Process Management: Facilitate appraisal requests, verify document uploads, and ensure smooth operational flow by managing daily responsibilities efficiently.
• Collaborative Support: Assist Loan Operations Team, handle clerical duties, and maintain a streamlined filing system for loan documents, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience: 3-4 years of progressive banking experience, showcasing accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of financial processes.
• Key Skills: Excellent time management, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in communication are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $27.50 per hour
