This role provides essential support to the organization by ensuring accurate and compliant loan servicing functions including but not limited to, servicing various types of loans.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Ensures proper booking of new loans, renewals, amendments and letters of credit.
- Responsible to research and analyze requests for validity and within scope of authority
- Responsible for updating loan/customer information, loan coding, collateral data, payment posting corrections and waiving fees or interest
- Prepares payoff requests and completes Credit and Mortgage verification requests
- Handles incoming/outgoing telephone inquiries concerning loan information
- Perform other duties as assigned or required
Compliance
- Stays current in knowledge of software, bank products, rates, and regulatory systems
- Responsible for adhering to and complying with all Bank policies and procedures, all applicable federal and state laws and regulatory guidance governing financial institutions
Required Skills & Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Three to Five years previous financial services experience preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of lending practices and procedures
- Effective oral and written communications skill and the ability to work well with others and interact with Bank’s Lenders and Officers
- A critical thinker and problem solver with an eye on continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently with little supervision

Physical Requirements
