Loan Servicing Specialist ISalary Range:
$19.06 - $20.31 per hour
Loan Servicing Specialist IDuties & Responsibilities:

• Provides a contact source for members and credit union employees for research and questions regarding loan accounts.
• Processes correction and/or research requests forwarded electronically from various internal departments per established performance standards.
• Completes negative amortization reviews on monthly basis.
• Reviews and resolves discrepancies within Home Equity Lines of Credit.
• Updates members loan due dates and payment methods upon members request; determines if restrictions are applicable.
• Processes requests for funds transfers, Share to Share transactions and account corrections received from the Credit Solutions department.
• Corrects, reconstructs and modifies consumer loans by adjusting rate, term, payment posting errors, and payment history in order to create an accurate member loan history.
• Researches and resolves member disputes to ensure both loan quality and member satisfaction.
• Reviews all adjustable rate mortgages and makes appropriate changes in interest rate and payment.

Loan Servicing Specialist IQualifications:

• High School plus additional course work gained through attendance at vocational, technical or business school or equivalent experience is required.
• 1-3 years prior experience in a Loan Servicing role or equivalent is required.

Loan Servicing Specialist IHours:

• Must be available Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and rotating Saturdays.
